Exceptionally comfortable hotel, ideal for a couple of nights. Good location, just a short stroll away from The Village at Totem Lake. Really nice stay in a fairly quiet area.

The breakfast was good, especially the cookies, eggs, sausages, and bacon. The hotel is beautifully located in Kirkland, next to nature. It is also well-priced. Smoke And Shine nearby is a great place to relax.

I had really nice days staying at this hip new hotel. Everything was good, the parking was on site. The room was spotless. The setting was favorable, so close to Seattle metro. It was very close to the concert venue.

The hotel offered very clean rooms and common areas, which made me feel safe during my stay. The beds were comfortable and seemed new, with no sagging. Another advantage was the breakfast, which had a good variety of options and was consistently available during my stay.

The lack of shuttle service to any location, which made transportation quite expensive in the area. Additionally, the lighting inside the room was very dim, making it feel dark.

Close to freeway, highway noise. Old style hotel with doors entering from balcony walkway so unable to open curtains unless all passers by are able to look in. Not a welcoming staff. Not a spot for business/managers.

The staff here were super friendly and check-in was a breeze. They've got units with a jacuzzi for some extra relaxation. Plus, there's a great variety of yummy meals to enjoy! 🍽️

Wonderful hotel in a beautiful location close to the outskirts of Seattle, shops, and restaurants. Enjoyed having a refrigerator, a writing desk, and ironing facilities in the room. Recommendable for a couple of nights stay.

The breakfast bar was nice and efficient, helpful staff, comfy bed, friendly desk staff, pleasant breakfast staff.

The room we stayed in was well-kept, and the bathroom was a good size. The breakfast served was hot and satisfying, perfect for those early mornings. 😊

The room had a refrigerator, writing desk, and ironing facilities which I found really convenient; the location was beautiful and super close to the concert venue.

Our girls' weekend at this hotel was amazing! The front desk staff was super friendly and gave us useful maps of the area. The property was very well maintained and clean. The bedding in our spacious room was fresh and comfortable. We loved the separate sink area outside the full bathroom. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, with make-your-own waffles, fruit, pastries. The pool area was also great, with plenty of chairs and loungers.

The only downside was the limited food options in the area. We ended up going to a nearby restaurant in the same parking lot, which had good food but a small drink selection.

I stayed here before and that's why I returned!!

Its a a bit spendy for my income but then most things are that way in Kirkland!

Free WiFi Breakfasts - adequate - in 5 days cold hard boiled eggs were served once and that was the only protein served the entire time.

Room condition - hole in wall, door to bathroom area smashed up, rug had horrible stains, looked like mold around tub. Took pics just in case Online booking process - booked 2 queens but confirmation came as King - no help from desk so 3 of us slept in king for 5 nights plus once booked on line, only then did it say if room cancelled full payment still required - most places allow cancellation with 24 hours notice
